<p>I have asked this of a couple of other threads and would be curious as to the answers regarding UofPenn:</p>

<li><p>Is the marching band no cut? (and do they march or scatter?)</p></li>
<li><p>Is the campus diverse and inclusive...and do black students seem to be welcoming and accepting to one another?</p></li>
<li><p>Is the feel of the school in general welcoming or elitist?</p></li>

<li><p>Anyone can join. I don’t like marching, but they look like they have fun.</p></li>
<li><p>The campus is quite diverse. I’m friends with kids of all colors, if this is what you’re asking. Some of the black kids do tend to clique together, but apparently that’s the norm in college, no matter where you are. I have no idea. Basically, you can be friends with who you want to be friends with.</p></li>
<li><p>Certainly welcoming. Unless you’re hanging out with kids that go downtown three nights a week, nobody’s going to give a crap how much money your family has or that sort of thing.</p></li>
