Questions for those who attended Open House

Hi guys, can anyone who went to one of JHU's open houses summarize what the activities were? Were you shown all of the diff. dorms or just the AMRs like on regular tours? Did you get to sit in on a class? Approx. how many students were there?

i went to the open house today. there were presentations from each department, a student panel, campus tours, housing tours, an activities expo, etc. you could see any of the dorms...i looked at the AMRs and A/B. you could also sit in on a variety of classes but i didn't get the chance to do this. there were a lot of students there. i arrived a bit late so i didn't see everyone all together and i really can't approximate how many people were there, but all day i saw what seemed like a lot of prospective students roaming the campus. overall i would say it was fun and informative! still not sure if i'm going though...

was there about 15 min of free time (other than the registration time) to just meet other prospects? us 19th-ers want to rendezvous and meet e/o, but we need to find the time... when could we do that?

well, you can pretty much do whatever you want all day. there are a lot of scheduled activities but you sort of have to decide what you want to do and make up your own schedule and then just go. it should be pretty easy for you guys to meet if you find a common time and place (maybe you could all meet for lunch at the dining hall or something?)

"maybe you could all meet for lunch at the dining hall or something?" This sounds like a great idea... i think we should all do that, it would be fun to all have lunch together? any1 agree, or have a better idea?
