Questions on Combined Plan Program

I went on the Columbia website today to submit the first part of my application, but then I read about the Combined Plan Program. Now, I have a few questions about the program, particularly the 3-2 one with 3 years at CC and 2 at SEAS.

1) The site says that you apply when during the spring of your junior year. I am going to be a senior, does that mean its too late? The application for 2009-2010 isn't even out yet.

2) How difficult is it to get into the program? Is it the same difficulty as getting into Columbia without doing the program?

3) What are the benefits of getting a BA and BS?

4) Are you separate from everyone not in the program?

5) Is it true that if your family makes less than 100k a year, you don't have to pay anything?

6) Since there are two applications, one for CC/SEAS and combined program, can you apply to both?

7) Finally, anyone who has been in the program, what was your experience like?

Sorry if this is a lot. The website isn't very clear.

Oh…I read the site more carefully and I think you apply after you have already completed the 3 years. Is that correct? So I’d just apply to CC and if I make it in, then in 3 years, I’d apply to combined plan?

Can someone still answer these, please  :
