Questions regarding applications

I have a few questions, some regarding the general application process and some for specific colleges. I have already asked my guidance counselor about these things, but she was unclear/unsure about some of the specifics. I would appreciate it immensely if someone could answer any of my questions :)

1) Sending SAT scores in - For early action, do we have to submit our SAT scores by the application deadline, or is it okay if we send it in a little later (I'm taking a test in November). In addition, how can we confirm that the college has received our scores already?

2) Darmouth application - How do we submit the peer recommendation? There is no spot in the supplemental part of the Dartmouth application on the Common App to include the peer recommendation (are we supposed to submit it by mail/fax)?

3) MIT/Harvard/Boston University Accelerated Program (Medical) - Each of these schools/programs requires supplemental teacher recommendation forms (besides the teacher recommendation letter), However, my school uses Naviance to submit teacher recommendations, so my guidance counselor thought that it wouldn't be necessary to submit the extra forms. Does anybody know if the forms are still necessary (I want to be sure, just in case)? If so, can these forms be submitted online or do they have to be submitted through mail? (Just as a note, for the MIT supplemental teacher evaluations, the cover letter actually does mention that the forms can be submitted through Naviance. I thought that this implied that the forms were still necesasry despite the fact that we use Naviance, but my guidance counselor thought otherwise).

Thanks!!

Oh and also, do we have to submit our AP scores in to colleges? Thanks!
