Hi, im taking the bio, M1, M2 in December. Idk why I took both Maths but I did. Anyway, I was wondering how does the Bio Exam work? Will studying the cliffnotes ap bio book help? I am not sure what type of content is tested.

For the math exams, is it math content up to precalc? I am in calc and have a pretty solid foundation in math. I do plan on buying a book for the sat 2 maths.

Thanks for help!

I don’t have a strong sense of chem or any other exam and found it useless to take a different subject. Ill send the better sat math 1 or 2. Good idea?

I took bio and math 2 (780 and 800 respectively):

For Bio, I’d recommend to take the AP course first as the material lines up very well with the SAT. But if you haven’t, and aren’t planning on taking it, then definitely buy a prep. book like Kaplan or Barrons. They have all the info. you need plus more. If you study it and learn all the info. in them, then you could easily score 750+.

For math 2, if you are strong at math (top of your class), then I’d just recommend to take a couple of OFFICIAL collegeboard practice tests (you can find a couple online or in the collegeboard book for all subject tests). If you’re weaker at math, then buy a prep. book. Again Barrons is okay, and I’ve heard Dr. Chung’s is good too.

Good luck!

Im using cliffnotes ap bio and barron’s math 2… Thanks!
