Questions regarding clubs

I looked through the list of clubs and I came up with a list of those that look interesting. I starred the ones that I know I'd want to be a part of. The other public service and political ones seem to be to similar to each other for me to know which ones would be best for helping the community or mental stimulation.

1) Does anybody have any experience with any of the clubs I've listed?
2) I'll be at Berkeley City College this Spring. Do any of these clubs explicitly deny non-UCB students?
3) At my old CCCs, some of the clubs were up and running, and some had just fallen apart. Are any of these clubs inactive? Particularly, are there community service clubs that are too disorganized to efficiently accomplish anything? I see there are 4 socialist clubs- am I right to assume that they differ greatly in productivity?
4) I'm mainly interested in public service and political activism. I've also been involved with music, theatre, singing, and dance my entire life. Are there any clubs that I have missed but would be interested in?

Thanks!
