<p>…you can definitely do AIME as freshman and soph. I’ve been doing it since 8th grade and my friend has done USAMO since 8th grade. </p>
<p>Writing competition wise, I think the NCTE is the most well known, but there are other ones, like the Peace essay thing adn etc..heh, not much of a writing person myself, so I can’t tell you much ;)</p>
