questions regarding law school admissions

Hey guys! I just have a couple of questions regarding the admissions process to top law schools:

1) If one transfers from a community college to a four year (starts that school as a junior) does that put him/her in a disadvantage over a student who attended a four year for their whole undergraduate? (please address different aspects of admissions, like GPA(ex. they'll think its easy in a community college, etc so doesn't even count) or other things)

2) Is it normal for a student looking at law schools to be undergraduate majors of Political Science?

2.) Yes .

thanks for the feedback!

anyone for #1?

One is unlikely to even be factored into their decision. It's possible, if you have "average" stats for a law school, but it's not going to make a huge difference.

1) Not really, it's a numbers game so it might be better since CC is easier so it helps you out (I wish I had transferred instead of gone straight to a 4 year undergrad.)
2) Yes, that's one of the most popular pre-law majors.

But most important thing is the LSAT.

Can't say this enough. I know 4.0s with 160 rejected from top schools, but 3.6s with 170 accepted to a few Top 14 law schools.

oh, ic thank you so much milton and berkeleysenior!
