I have a couple questions about reporting scores so i'll get straight to the point.

I know for most schools you do not need to submit your ap scores, but would it look bad if i have ap classes without ap tests? I am considering applying to top universities (ivies), so would reporting 4,3,3,2 hurt me? And if I don't report these, would it make me not eligible for any college credit if I'm accepted? Every thread I viewed seemed to answer this question quite vaguely.

Also

For SAT and ACT tests in December, will i be able to see my scores before sending? Do I have to include all (10) schools i am applying to on the list of colleges they send the scores to? I would receive the scores online on Dec. 20, but If i want to send it then, it might be too late... I'm just really confused.

AP scores: You don't need to send them. And you can decide what you want to report. For the ivies I don't think those AP scores are going to help you. At a lot of top schools these days you need scores of 4 or above to receive credit. Some schools will only accept scores of 5. If you don't report the scores, you will still be eligible for credit. Once you decide where you are going you can have the scores sent.

For the SAT and ACT, you will have to decide what you want to do. If you don't have the scores sent, they won't be received by the schools until after the Jan. 1 deadline. If the rest of your application is complete, they will probably be willing to consider the scores when they arrive, assuming that they already have scores. But you do run the risk that they will not consider late scores. Your best bet is to contact each school and ask them their policy.

If you send a formal AP score report, I'm pretty sure all of the scores will be reported. I wouldn't pay to send a report at the time of application unless the scores were really superlative, and numerous. If there is a space on the application for you to self-report the scores, then I suspect you need to do so. Perhaps others can advise on that.
