Questions regarding taking AP in senior year?

Hi, I had a question about taking AP in my senior year.
How am I supposed to report my AP exam scores for my college application if I am going to go for the early action/early decision?

Thank you in advance. :)

AP scores are self-reported on college applications. You only need to pay for official reports for SAT, ACT, and/or Subject Test scores.

Once you’ve been accepted and submitted your SIR to your future college, you’ll fill in that school’s CEEB code on one of your senior year AP exam’s answer sheet. AP exams will always start after May 1 (the national SIR deadline), so you’ll be able to send official AP scores to your school for free.

Thanks for your explanation. :)
