Questions regarding the MIT application

On page 7 of Part 2 when you list all your courses taken, do you list from the most recent year to the past (i.e. from 12th grade to 9th grade) or vice versa?
On the bottom of that page, if you have taken Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, etc for more than one year, where do you show that? (the drop down arrow only lets you select one year)
Also, if you have taken more than 2 SAT Subject tests, where do you report the rest of the scores? Thanks for all your help!

This is from my own personal experience… but for the course report, I did it in chronological order starting from my freshman year. If I took high school level classes in middle school (2 years advanced in math) then I left the year blank. For multiple years in the same subject I just put the same name on two different lines with different years. And for the Subject Tests… I only put the best score from math and the best score from science.

Two different lines? I don’t see those…Is there a place to send additional information?
