Questions! Supplemental Materials. Financial Aid. Help Please!

I'm applying to transfer to multiple colleges with March 1st deadlines and unfortunatly i kind of slacked on preparing all of my materials ahead of time becasue i was focusing on my applications and essays. So i have less than 2 weeks not and i have everything except one teachers recommendation which i will haave by tuesday. So anyway heres my questions. . .

Bryn Mawr requires SATs or ACTs and mine are archived so its expensive to send them and takes weeks, but my SATs are printed on my official high school transcripts. Will they accept that? or do i need to send it from Collegeboard or ACT? and if i do need to send them and they get there late will it greatly limit my chances of admission?

I have all of my supplemental material (transcripts, recommendations, college reports, ect.) in individual envelopes and i was going to put them all in one large envelope for each school, but if i send it on Tuesday (2/22) should i mail it with regular postage or should i choose 2 day or overnight shipping? does it have to be postmarked by the 1st or get there by the first?

Some schools require a non-custodial parent form for financial aid and i sent one to my dad and he has not responded. I doubt that he will. I don't even know if he lives there anymore. I was going to call the schools and tell them but i feel that they will think i waited to the last minute to call them, but the reason that i did was i was waiting for his reply. I dont want them to think that i have been slacking on that and that i have been irresponsible. Will this affect my finaincial aid package? Do you know if they will excuse me from this part? should i have called them earlier?

Sorry this is so long! I'm just kind of nervous about it all.

Thank you for any replies!
