I am very interested in the USMMA and what intrigues me most is that after graduation, the graduate is able to recieve a comission in any service. What disappoints me is that these are reserve comissions. I was wondering as to the details of switching to active…

Can anyone tell me what good GPA and SAT would be to get in. Should I get a sports Varsity Letter?

you can go active. Varsity sport not necessary, above a 3.0gpa is good and honestly SATs here range from 1050 to 1400s so...

"What disappoints me is that these are reserve comissions."

whoever told you this doesn't know what they are talking about. if you want to go active in any branch, the only thing that would stop you is if the particular branch doesnt accept your admissions package

Thank you sirs. How difficult is it to go Active?

it depends what branch

actually the commission itself may infact be called a reserve but you will be serving active, if you choose active duty. Otherwise you are serving reserve duty on a reserve commission.
