<p>I am now an undergraduate in a China University. I am now a sophomore
and I want to apply for the transfer student in your school. Now I have
more than 24 credits. I have some questions of the application.
Do I have to submit my high school transcript?
Can transfer student apply for ED?</p>

<p>If you have more than 24 credits, then we will likely not need your high school transcript; follow up with the international admissions counselors once you've applied. And no, there is no early program for international or transfer students.</p>
