<p>How is the FA at VT? I'm OOS and have a 0 EFC. I doubt I'd qualify for merit-based aid. </p>

<p>Also, how hard is it to get into the Hospitality Mgmt. Program? I attended Purdue for a year and left of financial reasons and now attending JWU which is another good HTM school. I want to get out of this school due to the social life and non-acceptance of diversity within the student population.</p>

<p>The HTM program is strong at VT, but the chances of getting in are significantly higher then other majors (not because HTM is weak, but because the others are strong). I believe the MINIMUM required GPA for transferring into HTM is 2.5, while it’s 3.0 for finance. If you’ve got above a 2.8 you probably have a fighting chance.</p>
