Quick AP Physics problems

Circular Motion problems:

Problem No. 1:

Radius = 2 m
V(initial) = 0 m/s
a (tangent) = 3 ms^-2

Q:
1) How long does it take to go 1/4 of the circle?
2) What's the velocity at this time?
3) What is the radial acceleration at this time?
4) What is the magnitude and direction of total acceleration at this time?

A:
1) 1.44 seconds
2) 4.32 m/s
3) 9.33 ms^-2
4) Not quite sure what this is. I'm thinking it's 10.3 m/s as the velocity, but I don't know how to express the direction. I put down 114.8 degrees from the x-axis. Can someone explain this one to me? (By the way, I may be wrong on number 1, 2, or 3 so if you see a discrepancy from your answers and mine, you're probably right lol..)

Thanks!!!
