<p>For residency...on 5A it says if you answered NO to both Qs 1 and 2 you can skip to the next section...that means you can skip 5B and 5C too and go straight to section 6 right? Or does it mean just skip the rest of 5A?</p>
<p>I think you just skip to the next section, which is 5B. At the top of 5B and 5C, it says <em>all applicants</em> should answer this section.</p>
