<p>Here in the Bay Area most people use Cingular / Verizon because they offer us the best network coverage, who offers the best (in terms of reliability and coverage) down there in UCI? i wanna get my phone switched if necessary asap before i go down there, so any info on this would be appreciated. thanks</p>

<p>My guess is both Cingular and Verizon Wireless are just as good down in the OC area as they are in the Bay Area. In fact, I'm 10 minutes away from UC Irvine right now (staying with family until SPOP 1 tomorrow :]) and I have full bars on Verizon.</p>
