Quick chance at UC?

Hey,
Just wondering what my chances would be at UC Berkeley, out-of-state, with the following SAT I and II scores:

SAT: 750 CR/ 760 M/ 710 W
SATII Math2: 770, Chemistry: 720

I'm not sure if its worth the $60 and effort if I have very little chance

I would actually think ( despite what your beliefs are) that you are a definite high match for UCB, because you are out of state, this is a high match. I would think your SAT is very impressive, and that your subjects tests are good. But that is ONLY your raw scores, it all depends on EC's and other very very very important factors. Raw scores are good, however. Chance me please? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/592997-help-help-potential-nyu-stern-applicant.html

Thanks - chanced you back.

Bump? When I asked my GC about UCB last year, he literally laughed. I want more opinions on how hard it is to get in out of state...

He literally laughed? What a horrible guidance counselor! No, I think you have a good chance (mid-high match) but I would like to see your ECs, recs, etc. to make sure. You might even have a better-than-good chance of getting in. So many people are qualified scores/GPA-wise but people really need to make themselves stand out through ECs, essays, or URM/first-gen status.

what is your GPA and how are your EC's looking. That's the only way I can really tell. based off your SATs however, you should save your money because the UCs only accept the highest caliber of out of state students

chance me back plz

I'm confused though... does UC ever get to see my GPA? (they don't require a transcript?) And if I send my recommendations, will they read them (They dont require them either)?
