Quick Chance :D

Alright so I just finished my Freshman year of Highschool, I was part of no-cut Tennis (hope to make jv next year, tennis team is about 40 people including no cutters which is about half the team). I am in a bunch of clubs, and am active in about 4 of them, and an officer in 1. I also made it in the Model UN for next year (only offered starting 10th grade--pretty difficult for incoming sophomores to get into), and I was part of a club meant for 11th graders and higher, and in my 10th grade year might be an officer in.

-I volunteer in my school library everyday at lunches
-I am with a local Boy Scout Troop, I got some Volunteer hours here, and I am an Instructor for the newer scouts.
-I am with a local NGO chapter, I am somewhat inactive, but in the process of building them their website
-I have many other volunteer hours so far from other places as well (community library, district, etc.

BUT: my gpa after weighting comes to a 3.9 :(. (In freshman year took 4 honors: English, Bio, Pre-Calc, and Mod World Civ).

Should I kiss my dreams of getting into an Ivy or MIT or Oxford/Cambridge goodbye?

I know it might be a little early to tell, but what do you have to say?

It is way to early, also you did not say your unweighted GPA which I am guessing is around a 3.5 (which is very low for the schools you are looking at). That being said if you bring your grades up you would have a shot. Relax, enjoy sophomore year and then you can start worrying about college.
