Quick chance me - CAS

Hi, it’s a bit late but I wanted to get a quick chance me on my specs.

UW GPA: 3.7
Weighted: 3.9/4.0
SAT: 2270 (Old)
ACT:None
SAT II: Chinese: 800 U.S. History: 790 Lit: 780 WHistory: 790
APs: Took none freshman year, 2 sophomore year, 8 junior year, and 7 this senior year. Scores have all been in the 4 range, but few in the 5 (only the Englishes and histories) range.
Extra curricular:
I’ve never made it past regionals for my writing team. I have made it to state for my foreign language competitions, but that was only in freshman year and I probably never will be able to get to that level again. I’ve done debate for 3/4 highschool years but never made it past regionals, since I’m not too good at it.

For volunteering, I’ve done 100 hours freshman year and 200 for every year after that. Almost all of it was spent tutoring impoverished elementary schools, kids in women’s shelters, kids that my church reached out to in their aid programs, and sometimes other highschoolers.

I founded a tutoring group at my church that gives educational aid to those who need it and scholarships as well.

I’m currently in a charity organization that helps with disaster relief in the U.S. and also awards scholarships to needy students (I’m on a committee in the charity that decides where and how funds/scholarships go).

I’m currently running most of my school’s SAT prep programs.

Got tons of appreciation awards from school districts for volunteer service and also appreciation letters from the schools I went to.

Went on yearly mission trips to villages in other countries for teaching purposes.

I don’t have any good state level or national level recognitions at all, which I fear will severely hurt my chances anywhere. I don’t really regret this, considering I chose to opt out of much of my competitive academic teams for volunteer service, but I’m trying to gauge how much that decision will affect how colleges look at me.

Thanks in advance.
