Quick Chances Question about Engineering School

Would a 2240 SAT I (800V, 740M, 700W) be a competitive score for the engineering school? I'm not sure of the ranges for that specific school. I also got 750 on both my Math II and Physics SAT II's, which I'm assuming are fine scores, but I'm not totally sure.

Basically, I'm curious if my high verbal score will somewhat offset the lower math score.

The rest of my application should be fine, unweighted 4.0, and pretty strong EC's with a decent amount of community service.

Your scores are great. The writing SAT is not factored in at Cornell.
But, remember that admission to Cornell is more than the scores.

Yeah I realize that scores are only one small part. I was just wondering if they were good enough to get my foot in the door. And its good to know they don't count the writing score :P. 1540/1600 looks a lot better than 2240/2400.
