<p>When a college says "deadline for applications is so-and-so," do they mean the deadline for the app itself or do they mean EVERYTHING including recs, transcript, scores, etc. ?</p>

<p>You should have everything in by that date. If there's a mix-up and something didn't get through, some places will realize that there's something missing and have you re-send it, but you should have everything in by that date.</p>
