Do I need to send transcripts separately, or were they sent with the common app? I’m just mildly concerned because it says they received my common app but still not my transcripts. Other places this has not been an issue

We are in the same situation except we sent our official transcripts in a sealed envelope priority mail along with a check for payment of the application fees and they noted receipt of the payment but said they were missing the transcripts. Not impressed with their record keeping. This was sent back in the 1st week of December!
I’m having the same problem, and they haven’t replied to my email asking about it, which I sent last week.
I submitted transcripts to the Common App through Parchment, and all the other colleges I applied to got them.
