Quick Common App Transfer Question HELP

Hey I was wondering if it was possible to have a high school teacher do the "Instructor Evaluation" on the transfer common app?

On the description it says its for "College instructor or secondary school teacher" however on the form itself it says "give this form to an instructor who has taught you a full-credit college class."

If anyone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys!

Also: for the “school report” we have to send, do I have to print out Common App’s form and have my high school fill it out or is just sending the transcript enough?

The Instructor Evaluations have to be college instructors, no HS teachers.

Your HS and college transcripts are not enough, you also have to supply the Secondary School Report and College Official’s form.

But for a mid term freshman transfer i havent had a full semester of a single teacher… and it says “College instructor or secondary school teacher.” Are you completely sure?

I’m reading the Instructor form literally, hard to interpret it any other way. Where are you finding the ‘description’ you cite?

On Common App’s “School Form” page, those are the directions.

I’m sorry, maybe I’m just dense today (not a first), but I don’t see a “School Form” on the download section of the CA. These are the Transfer forms I see:

Sorry to hijack your thread, but how do you get the college board fee waiver form? I mean common app only accepts college board as a fee waiver, but I couldn’t find it anywhere on the internet. HELP! THANKS!

BAMP anyone have an answer?

I emailed schools specifically to ask. Some schools require it to be a college professor, but I did email American University and because I too am looking to transfer Spring of freshman year, they said a high school teacher rec would suffice

Thanks, thats probably the best idea so I’ll just call admissions tomorrow.
