<p>i am writing the optional essay and talking in it about how i moved US 5 years ago and barely knew english and the difficulties faced and how it hurt my grades and what i learned from the experience, etc etc.
so in there i mentioned that during 12th grade, i took ap gov because i had improved my reading skills and i also mentioned that now i think i am ready for ap english as well. do you think that would come off as a sign of weakness?</p>
