<p>When they say that an App. Deadline is Nov. 1st, or Jan. 1st, does that mean they have to RECEIVE them by those dates, or just that they have to be POSTMARKED by those dates?</p>

<p>Double check the specific application instructions. All that I've seen do specify what they mean (and say postmarked). But you should be reading the application instructions carefully anyway, not asking questions of us random, anonymous folk on CC.</p>
