quick gpa weight question

<p>So I took summer classes at a CC (worst decision of my life) and got a 3.5 with 1 A 1 B. At my uni I've taken around 40 hours by the end of this semester and have maintained a 3.8-3.9. I'm looking to transfer to a top 20 and I'm wondering if colleges will look at my gpa cumulatively or will my 3.5 at a CC completely ruin my chances.</p>

<p>I could be wrong, but I believe that colleges look at your cumulative GPA. So, no, I don’t believe that getting a 3.5 will ruin your chances. :)</p>
