<p>ok so i'm international, so i'm apparently supposed to submit a toefl score. but!! they said i may b exempt if i lived in the us and went to school here for more than 4 years. which i have. but!!! they said to submit a WRITTEN report kind of thing as to why i should be and send it in with my application. my problem is, where can i upload such a thing?? i haven't seen a place where i can upload it on the application website.... </p>
