<p>"We will first consider your application to the coordinated dual-degree or accelerated program, Digital Media Design major, or Market and Social Systems Engineering major. If we are unable to admit you as an Early Decision candidate to the program you selected, please indicate whether you would like to be considered under the Early Decision agreement for the single-degree option you indicated, and sign below. The offer of admission is binding. Please acknowledge that you have read this and agree to enroll at Penn under the Early Decision agreement if admitted to your single-degree choice."</p>
<p>I am applying to a dual-degree program. Is this only for ED students? Or is it saying, if you don't get into a dual-degree, we may offer you a single degree choice with the same contract as ED?</p>
