quick Math IC ???

how do the sparknote tests compare with the actual test? Difficulty wise? and actual content/test configuration?

bump please!

I thought Sparknotes was easier. Content-wise, it figures fine.

For me, McGraw Hill was the closest match, but I’ve seen people say different things for different tests.

all the tests i took were harder than the actual thing, but sparknotes was the easiest of those (even though my lowest score of 650 was form sparknotes). i would recommend doing sparknotes and working your way up (the kaplan, pr, barrons)

Princeton Review is almost identical, but I thought the real thing was slightly harder because Princeton Review skimps on a few topics cough trig

in all honesty, i liked kaplan the best. the material was easy plus it covered most of the topics, especially like probability and trig. i’m the worst at probability but luckily, there was none of that on my test.

thanks a lot! but i’m still trying to choose between MathIc and MathIIc. still have some time to choose. how did you guys choose?

It’s very easy:

If you know trig: take math II. (math IIC was retired in 2006 as was math IC, they’re both easier than the math II and math I, respectively, and can no longer be taken)
if you don’t know trig, or are weak in the trig you know: take math I.

that should work close to 100% of the time =)

alright thanks. Ive heard that from a couple posts, and im in precalc, so i guess ill go for MIIC. thanks
