so i ran a 4.0 fall semester and then my midterms averaged out to a 3.75...do you think this will be viewed positively (given a decent high school record), as an indication of further progress or as a drop from my fall term grades?

thanks for any help you can offer,
claymangs

no worries, i think. schools tend to be very understanding of the rigours of different types of college courses. more so than if you had a drop in high school

i guess i was worried because of the high-caliber schools i'm applying to, i.e. brown, cornell cas, penn cas, amherst...

in that case, would it be worth submitting these midterm reports to schools that don't request them but also don't say "don't submit any other materials"?

btw, andale check your messages when you get a chance
