<p>I'm applying Early Decision to Syracuse with the Common App. I have everything completed except, my counselor hasn't submitted her ED agreement. Both my mother and I have signed it, but my counselor hasn't. It only says "started", but not "submitted".</p>
<p>I'm stressing out really badly and I want to know if I can still submit it the application in case my counselor doesn't submit it in time?</p>
<p>as long as you have everything on your side done by the early decision deadline you should be good. They typically don’t penalize you for something you can’t control, like your guidance counselor’s part.</p>

<p>Yeah you can still submit your application. I submitted my common app even though my counselor had only “started” all of the materials. Don’t worry about it, just have your counselor submit her materials ASAP.</p>
