<p>What information needed to be put at the top of my essays (such as full legal name, school, etc.)?</p>

<p>Are you submitting it online or by paper?</p>
<p>Online, you don't really need to put anything (when you print preview your application, you'll see that the Common App automatically puts whatever necessary information on the essays).</p>
<p>If by paper, the paper common app question prompt states what information they want included on every page.</p>

<p>I put name, birth date, and high school. But that's just because I'm neurotic. =P</p>
