aight, so i didnt get any grants from cal grants or any other type of scholarships. the only type of aid im getting are loans. however, there was that one time where incoming students had to send a verification on may 1st. i didnt have to do it if im getting nothing but loans right? and if im getting loans, when do i expect to get an email notifying me about my fin. aid? i havent been getting any emails and it says that my fin. aid is complete on my tritonlink. im kind of worried and scared a little because what im thinking is that i lost track of the fin. aid stuff and now my parents will have to pay full tuition without loans and what not...
sorry if im not making sense, kinda worried right now...

I think you needed to fill out that verification if you wanted any federal loans, since they’re tied in with FAFSA and the entire Financial Aid process. You may be able to find independent creditors, such as banks, for fairly low variable rate education loans.

no way?? i thought i was good because ucsd listed i was meeting my cost through loans on tritonlink. man, this is going to be a pain in the a**…

on your preliminary award notice, on the side there should be a thing where it says if you need to do the verification thing. check there.

have u guys turned in your master promissery note in for the perkins loan yet? i mailed mine in a week ago but it hasn’t been checked off on my checklist yet… gettin worried
