Quick question about GRE subject test

<p>How long are the scores valid for? I've always thought both General and Subject tests are valid for 5 years. But then today someone told me that the general test is 5 but the subject test is only 3, can someone fill me in on this?</p>

<p>I think the valid dates are put up by the receiving university. So its relative to where you are applying.</p>

<p>From the ETS website it appears that all test scores are stored for five years.</p>
