<p>Typical rule is that they have to be “postmarked” meaning sent by the deadline. Others simply tell you by when they want them, often by 10 or so days after the deadline. Since things can be slower arriving if mailing from outside US it is best to try to get them sent sooner rather than later.</p>
<p>If school does not rank (many US schools don’t either) you just don’t answer the question in the app.</p>
<p>What about places like Cornell, Georgetown, Syracuse, etc?</p>
