Hi I am going to transfer to UCSD and I called them and found out that their Biology majors for fall 2014 are not going to be impacted. Now I am going to have a year of General Chemistry, General Biology, and Calculus complete. I will have a 3.4 overall GPA and a 3.6 major GPA. I will be applying for an un-impacted major. I am not going to do my Organic Chemistry in CC instead I will do it at the university that I transfer to. However, I am going to be taking one calculus based physics class. My main question is really not about what my chances are(but if you could tell me that would be great), but if I take this one physics class and transfer are they going to make me repeat the whole series at ucsd or will this physics class transfer and then I will only have to take 2 more to complete my physics. So that is my main question if they will make me repeat the whole series or if they will actually accept this one class and let me continue the rest of the series at the university. Thanks guys.
