quick question about SAT II's

hey guys i got a quick question.

Ok, i already took three SAT II's: bio, math 2, and history

say i want to take the bio exam again. will colleges see that i took the bio exam twice, even though I already have 3 scores from 3 different SAT II's. or will i only be able to report 3 scores and I can pick which of the 2 bio scores to report.

thanks.

If you sent in your scores the first time, then yes, they'll see both. However, colleges will consider the highest score.

So wait. I can't just send my top 3 scores? i HAVE to send all of them?

Oh sorry, most colleges require only top two scores.

what if they require three? does the same rule apply?

This year, when you send your SAT scores to colleges, ALL your scores will be sent - including both SATs and SAT IIs. Colleges that require or recommend SAT IIs generally have a space on the application where you enter your highest scores - two or three, depending on the requirement - and you enter the ones you feel present you in the best possible light.

There will be a change in those policies starting next year (for applicants from the high school class of 2010) but I do not yet know those details, just that you will be able to select (for a fee, of course) which scores are sent.

So yes, this year they will see the results of all SAT (I and II) tests you have taken.
