<p>Are the recommendation forms on the Common App identical for every college? And are there specific questions and sections which the recommender must respond to or do they just ask teachers to write a "letter"?

<p>I believe the recommendation form will be the same for all colleges that use the CommonApp. There are some questions that the teacher must respond to, including rating you in various areas. There is also an area for “Comments” or something, where my teachers put their letters.</p>
