Hi

I'll be applying to Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Yale-NUS, MIT and Princeton in two years time. I have recently made a Common App account and I can see the supplement questions for each college as well as the Common App essay topics however will these change in two years time?

If I write them over the summer, will the essay topics change by the time I apply?

it’s unlikely they will change in two years’ time.
HOWEVER it’s a very, very bad idea to write them now. No matter how gifted you are, you’re 15 or 16. You can’t have the same maturity and reflexion upon your life as you’d have in two years’ time. Furthermore, it’s probably hard to predict how you’ll be then, which is what your essays deal with.
I understand you’re impatient to start, so you can do this: jot down notes about things you could write about. And you can start on the “why do you want to attend our college? why should we admit you?” for each university.

Wow, that makes complete sense. I’ll take your advice and jot down some notes but you’re right, I’ll write the essays when I am older and more mature
