Quick question about the Yale Supplement forms.

Hey guys. I have a quick question. I mostly did the Common application stuff for Yale and I just realized something. The Common Application has a School Report Form, but it also seems that Yale has its own "Yale School Report Supplement." Was I suppose to as my guidance counselor to fill out both of them or just one of them? Thank you for your help.

They are exactly the same. You only needed to submit one or the other.

Thanks a lot lindseylujh. Actually, in no way to be mean or rude, the two forms are slightly different. The Yale one gives more boxes while the Common Application one asks the guidance counselor to write something. Also, the Yale one asks for scores and stuff. Thank you for your help though! A load off my mind!!!

I sent in both.....oops?

Everything I've ever read here has said that you only need to send in one or the other.

Don't worry about sounding mean or rude. If I say something wrong on here, it should absolutely be corrected. This board is a resource for many more than those who post here. Everyone should have the best information available to them :)

send both. lindsey is wrong, im pretty sure.

Sorry, I just looked it up. I did send both in.

I thought you were asking about the School Report/Teacher Evaluations where Yale also puts out the same form that's exactly the same, but with their logo on it.

i sent in both.

ok. how lucky am i to live in a small town? I realized today (tuesday) that I only had my counselor fill out the common app school report. Luckily, I have her cell phone number, because she's my CSF advisor too. So I called her, drove to her house, she filled it out, and she made me a sandwich. God I love Escalon, CA.
