sorry for making this post so long. i deeply appreciate all those who read this.

yes, you will update your app with fall grades in january. they will be considered in your decision.

based on your stats i’d say you have a great chance at all schools as long as you ace all of your classes this semester. also, if you have TAG w/UCI and UCSD then you have nothing to worry about.

the only thing is…i’m not sure if you can transfer into UC’s as a sophomore? someone correct me if i’m wrong. i believe that you must have 60 units in order to apply as a transfer student. and 60 completed units gives you junior standing.

anyway, good luck!

oh icic. idk i have this weird thought of just submitting a uc application in november with just high school stats. do we get a chacne of submitting grades from spring semester before the colleges make their decisions? because im planning to take 18 units in spring and i want to show the colleges my progress.

i’m pretty sure you can apply to most uc’s as a sophomore, you just don’t get priority and you can’t use TAG, i’m not sure which uc’s accept sophomores, i just know that cal doesn’t, but i think all of the rest do except maybe la…and no, colleges make their decisions before spring grades come out, all they get to see r fall grades

it’s much harder to transfer into uc’s as a sophomore. I think uci and ucsd are locks, but ucla will be tough. good luck (nice sn btw)
