My counselor says that the reason the UMich App has so little spaces for you to put and describe your ECs is because they don't want to know, so it'd be a bad idea to attach a resume/activity list. Although she's kinda ignorant sometimes, now I'm not so sure..Can anyone clarify whether it'd be better for me to attach additional info?

I attached one. I have some pretty good activities, so I wanted to highlight them specifically. If most of what you do is generic clubs, then no reason to add anything. If you have some meaningful stuff, nationally ranked clubs, etc. then add an extra resume.

On pg 6 of the Mich App, the section with the awards, activities, and employment, is it ok if I only write "See Attached" in the section for awards, and leave the rest of the page blank (aside from the short answer)? They would look at the additional info right, and not just automatically reject me because of a lack of ECs? lol

the admission officers from the UofM i've talked to recommend filling out all of the blanks given on pg. 6 for ec's, even if you plan to include an attached resume under "additional information", so choose the 8 you think are most representative to include on pg. 6, then put as much as you want under "additional info".
