Its a simple question,
I am an american citizen but instead of high school i did my GCSE's and A-levels.
Now i take it i still apply as a regular american student and not an international one?

do i have to keep in mind anything extra while applying?
Thanks im just a little confused about this hope someone helps me out

If you’re a US citizen, that’s what matters – not your school system or grading scale. You’re not “international” which is much more difficult in terms of admissions into US colleges.

Just apply as the American citizen you are. If you have any specific questions re your transcript, ask the admissions officers at the schools to which you apply. Best of luck!
