quick question/chances

hey I wanted to know about a few schools and my stats

I moved to the U.S in 2000, and started freshman year in 2003. Culture clash and lack of motivation led me to a 2.3 GPA.

9th= 2.33
10th=3.45
11th= 3.45 [3.8-9 W]

5 APs and 2 honors by 12th grade. I'm a junior.

and 30 ACT.

I have decent EC's, a couple that stand out are:
Eagle Scout, 7 years, 6000 hours commitment
Leadership training w/ the army and Rotary international...ongoing, with a few hundred hours
and golf, 8 years commitment. in a local golf "league"

Film/Finance major. I want to do entertainment business.

Carnegie Mellon/ NYU [Gallatin school] / Umich= reaches

Boston College= less of a reach, but nevertheless a reach

Boston University, Syracuse, UCSB= high matches/ matches?

University of San Francisco= safe match.

do you think that list is pretty good? I want to know if they'll count my freshman year GPA, meaning will they give 9th grade equal weightage as 11th and 10th grades? *******************please help me with this one, because if they take freshman year seriously I should probably not be EVEN looking at these schools, and all of them would be HUGE reaches

Thanks! [I REALLY WANT TO know BU, Syracuse, UCSB, and NYU chances, as they are my top choices]

Assuming you are a California resident,
UCSB: Match
