<p>but just found out that Duke has like an art supplement form</p>
<p>Does it matter which one I use to turn in my art supplement??????
Is my Common app art supplement not going to Duke???</p>

<p>Just call or e-mail the Duke admissions office and ask them if that's okay or if you should re-submit it with their form.</p>
