<p>I more want to know the mood of the event. Is it casual or is it a more serious thing? I'm hoping it's a casual thing because after a 12 hour all-nighter running the relay for life event, well I really want to be in shorts in a chair listening, not in a suit actually participating. I know this sounds terrible, but before I leave I atleast want to know the dress code from anyone who has gone to one of these. Thanks</p>

<p>It’s also a great event. It was one of the most useful events my daughter attended.</p>
<p>We attended one such event in the spring of 2011 here in CT and another in the spring of 2012 in NYC. Both were casual. Not beach wear/paint the back deck casual, but appropriate casual.</p>
