<p>Does anyone know if Harvard expects the Common App Art Supplement form if you're submitting slides, or if they just want what they listed on their website (slides, cover letter, etc)? I emailed them to ask and got this long generic reply that didn't actually answer my question, so idk. :/ And if they do want the Common App Form, do they want all components including the letter of recommendation and all of that? </p>
