Quick Question for CommonApp Users

<p>What did you put in the Additional Information section?</p>

<p>I am going to explain the fact that two of my classes are the "honors option" but won't show up on my report card as having honors weighting or honors status....it's only on my transcript.</p>

<p>I tried to use it as an opportunity to describe something that I didn't feel I got across in the very limited "activities" section of the common app. In my case, I talked about the influence that playing in a number of bands has had on my high school experience.</p>

<p>I put a note about how my second semester schedule is still screwed up and will be changed.</p>

<p>My son put his activities resume there, so he could expand on a few activities that warranted it. In the EC section of the app, where it lets you write a few words next to each activity, he put "see additional info page." The activity resume was bullet-pointed and only 1 page long.</p>

<p>I did highlights of my biggest 4 extracurricular activities, which I could not list</p>

<p>I didn't put anything. I was going to write an additional essay but decided against it, as the supplement covered a lot of what I had wanted to say in my extra essay.</p>
